Krzysztof H. Blaszkow wind 13005 first on mind to land rwy10, asked departing aircraft what his intentions ..rwy28 and I agreed as per charts "RWY28 will be preferential RWY when tail wind component is 5kts or less" but on other hand arriving traffic meant to go the obvious way and land rwy10, we did decide to hold over sorin and acknowledged the traffic, had a good chat btw, and safely landed with the tail wind 5kts rwy28. Its a beauty of unicom though, ;)
